There are several reasons why you are unable to access the Paxful website. You can check the message on the site that provides a reason why you are unable to access it or proceed with basic troubleshooting steps in your browser:
Mobile devices:
Android:
- Open your browser (Google Chrome) and click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of the browser window.
- Select History.
- Click “Clear browsing data.” Choose Basic and make sure to check Browsing History, Cookies and site data, and Cached images and files.
- Click “Clear Data” at the bottom of the screen.
- Once done, open the Paxful website again and try to log in.
iOS:
Safari
- From the home screen, go to Settings, then Safari.
- At the bottom of Safari’s settings screen, tap Clear History and Website Data.
- Tap on the pop-up Clear History and Data button to confirm.
Chrome
- From the home screen, open Google Chrome and click the three vertical dots in the bottom-right corner of the browser window.
- Choose History.
- Click “Clear Browsing Data” at the bottom left part of the screen.
Mac/PC
Chrome (web browser):
1. Press control (command for mac) + shift + delete
2. Click the Clear Data button
Chrome (Windows):
1. Press the Ctrl, Shift, and Del/Delete keys on your keyboard at the same time.
2. Select All time or Everything for the time range, make sure cached images and files are selected, and then click the Clear data button.
If you’re still unable to access the YormeHut website, it most likely means that you are in a location that YormeHut is not servicing at the moment. The YormeHut team is working to gradually restore its functionalities and provide services to more and more locations worldwide.
